Types of Audit

Small to medium businesses come in a huge variety of sizes and activities. We have developed a choice of Audit Packages, ensuring you will be able to find a service tailored to suit your requirements.

Standard Energy Audit

A Standard Energy Audit will provide you with an analysis of your energy bills prior to the audit and a walk through inspection of your premises. This will result in an individually prepared report containing

• a description of the construction, fabric and layout of the site,
• a description of your current energy use and usage patterns
• a list of physical and behavioural recommendations that should result in significant energy savings.

It will also include advice on how to monitor the results of your actions and aim for ongoing energy efficiency.

Comprehensive Energy Audit

A Comprehensive Energy Audit will provide you with the all the services included in a Standard Energy Audit plus an estimate of the costs incurred in implementing the recommendations, and an estimated payback timescale based on current usage. It will provide the tools and guidance to help you establish and implement an Energy Management Plan.

Environmental Footprint Audits
In addition to our Energy Audits, we also offer a choice of Environmental Footprint Audits. These provide you with an Energy Audit, plus an analysis of the added areas of Water, Waste and Travel, for a truly holistic assessment of the environmental impact of your business.
